Airfreight Support Assistant

• For timely generation, accuracy and data completeness of special service operations reporting system to enable special service in analyzing the product.
• Build good communication during every inbound / outbound transaction and enquiry as well as to provide the customers with accurate information based on their needs.
• Monitor all critical shipment to ensure the successful proof of delivery and coordinate with special services operation.
• Identify the root causes of any failure occurrence to be resolved.
• Communicated and escalated to respective persons at internal or external parties.

• Minimal diploma 3 degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in similar position.
• Customer oriented.
• Good communication skill.
• Familiarity in using Ms. Office.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
